Luke Drabyn

Luke serves as GAP’s Communications Associate, where he assists with running the organization’s presence in the media, online, and with supporters by developing and implementing messaging for GAP and its affiliated campaigns.

Luke joins GAP having spent the past year living and working abroad as a Fulbright Fellow throughout Ukraine, where he conducted research on and raised awareness about local, federal, and international human trafficking trends. His work has appeared on Newsweek, Quartz, and blogs owned by think tanks such as the Council on Foreign Relations and the Atlantic Council. He has previously interned with the US Department of State in Rome, Italy, the office of Senator Joe Donnelly (D-IN), and the Maine State Department of Labor.

Luke graduated in 2015 from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, where he completed a double major in Government and Legal Studies and Russian. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
